MassARRAY System 

The MassARRAY System is a non-fluorescent detection platform utilizing mass spectrometry to accurately measure PCR-derived amplicons. Mass spectrometry, coupled with end point PCR, enables highly multiplexed reactions under universal cycling conditions to provide accurate, rapid, and cost-effective analysis. The MassARRAY System offers a unique solution for targeted genetic testing with limited input material.

Ion Proton System

 

The Ion Proton™ System is the first benchtop sequencing system capable of human-scale genome, exome, or transcriptome sequencing in a few hours—with DNA-to-variants called in a single day.

Nucleic Acid Extraction System

 

The Nucleic Acid Extraction System is an easy-to-use benchtop instrument that enables hands-free automation of the nucleic acid extraction process for contaminant and impurity testing. The instrument uses the established PrepSEQ® nucleic acid extraction chemistry for quantitative recovery of DNA and RNA from diverse samples types, including cell culture, raw material (i.e., serum), and in-process downstream purification samples such as column purification or bulk drug substance (BDS) samples.
